We first use Mike Murphy as our Real Estate Agent in 2016 to sell our Cabin in Lake City. Having been a Real Estate agent in Breckenridge for a couple of years when I first retired, I was very interested in someone who not only was ethical and knowledgeable, but also responsive to our needs. Mike was "spot on” in all of these concerns. He did a great job of marketing and presenting our cabin. His knowledge of the local area and its unique pricing issues resulting in us receiving a fair and "market price" for our home.

Recently in 2023, we again went to Mike to help us buy our current cabin in Lake City. This purchase was somewhat difficult in that it was a log home which have their own set of issues. Most realtors do not understand these issues to the detail level that Mike does with his experience. With Mike’s expertise we were able to complete the sale in a timely and efficient manner. Mike further helped us arrange for a contractor to do those things that needed repair prior to our moving in the cabin in May 2023. The whole experience was outstanding and very professional.
